I’ve built multiple businesses.
From the outside, I was doing well.
Inside, I was exhausted.
I know what it feels like to carry success and question it at the same time.
My background is in corporate marketing.
My real education came through leadership, motherhood, loss, and the quiet identity shifts no one prepares you for.
I’ve rebuilt more than once.
Not because everything fell apart — but because I changed.
The work I do now exists because I couldn’t find it when I needed it.
That’s why I lead it differently.
At some point in business, effort stops working.
Not because you’re doing it wrong but because you’ve outgrown who you were when you built it.
That middle stage?
The one where you’re still successful, but tired.
Still capable, but foggy.
Still showing up, but disconnected.
That’s not failure.
That’s an identity shift asking to happen.
And most women try to strategy their way out of it —
